My life's work is connecting the worlds of human movement and neurology.
A student of the Ido Portal Method for the past 4+ years. I've completed the Internship with Ido in Berlin, 2 Movement Camps in Thailand, workshops all around the US, & participated in Online Coaching.
Currently, a naturopathic medical student at Bastyr University in Seattle (Graduating 2020).
In 2017, recognized as the IAFNR Student of the Year.

Past life included triathlons and some circus performing.
In my free time, I love to dance, climb, ride bikes, practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, play guitar, and do anything outdoors.
