Ok, you want to get started with some movement material. In addition the other posts on this website, here are 3 high yield practices you can start to incorporate EVERY DAY:
1) Moving your spine
Here is a link to Ido Portal's documentary from 2017. At the 25:52 mark of this video, he teaches one version of a spinal wave. Follow the instructions and try it for 5 minutes straight.
2) Deep squat
